Sannomiya station, then take a walk (10 min).
* From Kobe Airport - take Portliner (16 min) to Sannomiya station,

* From Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport)- take Airport
Limousine Bus (40 min) to Sannomiya Station, then take a walk
(10 min).
* From Sannomiya station on JR Kobe Line -5 min by walk from
west exit.

Japanese legislation makes it mandatory that you, as a "non-regident foreign guest," present your passport and have it photocopied as well as having your nationality.
Luggage can be stored at reception if the guest arrives before room is ready.
