From Waterford City follow the Waterford/Cork road N25. At the Butlerstown Roundabout take the 3rd Exit. At the next Roundabout take the 1st Exit and the Hotel is a few hundred metres further on the right hand side.
From Waterford Airport, turn left at airport exit and follow road to Outer Link Road. At Roundabout take 1st Exit. Keep going through Roundabouts on the Outer Link Road and at the last Roundabout take 1st Exit. Hotel is located a few hundred metres on right hand side.
